1. Privacy & Security

2. Ordering
Select the items you want to order and add them to your shopping cart by clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button. A summary of the items in your Cart is shown in the right column of the page. You can review your basket by clicking ‘My Cart’ or you can proceed directly to the checkout by clicking the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button.
Customers have the option to checkout anonymously as a guest or to register for OLVIK.net account. It is advisable to register for future convenience with fast and easy check out and easy access to your order history and status. Choose whether to register or be a guest and then click ‘continue’.
The site will walk you through the checkout process step by step until your order is placed and completed.
Once the system has completed the checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

  • Pricing and Availability
  • The information on OLVIK website on product availability and pricing is regularly updated, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered you will be notified immediately and given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If an item is out of stock you will be notified immediately, provided with an estimate on availability date and given the option of reconfirming your order, cancelling it or an exchange for another item.
    OLVIK reserves the right to correct, change or update information at any time without prior notice.
    Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
  • Gift Vouchers, Promotions and Sales
  • Due to special promotions and sales, items in your shopping cart may have a different price from the price displayed on the product page when it was first placed in your cart.
    Gift vouchers are only valid for a limited time and the voucher must be used by the date shown on the voucher – check your voucher to find out when to use it by.
    We’re afraid we can’t accept any responsibility for stolen or lost gift vouchers.
    We’ll despatch your gift voucher either as soon as payment has been cleared or on your specified delivery date (if this is later). We’re afraid we can’t be responsible for any delays, no matter how they are caused.
    If you are the purchaser, please double check the delivery email address you enter – it is your responsibility to do so and we’re afraid we can’t be held responsible if a gift voucher is used by someone other than your recipient if the email address entered is incorrect.
    From time to time, gift vouchers may get caught in spam filters, and it’s up to the recipient to check these filters. We can’t take responsibility if a gift voucher cannot be delivered to the recipient’s email address because of spam filters, firewalls, the capacity of the recipient’s mailbox or any other factors outside of our control.
    Please note that we reserve the right to change these terms and conditions.
4. Viewing Orders
Registered account holders can view their orders by logging into to the site and clicking on ‘My Account’ in the top left hand corner of the page. On the left hand side under the account dashboard click ‘My Orders’ to view a history and all current orders.
5. Cancellations
All orders may be cancelled with no additional fee prior to shipping. Cancellations can only be made by email or fax (please see Contact Us section for details); an order cannot be cancelled over the phone. If order has been shipped it may be returned following the “Returns & Replacements” guidelines listed below.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item you received was defective, or return is the result of our error.
No returns can be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact OLVIK Customer Support Services for a Return Authorization (RA) number, and return address (certain manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them).
6. Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from purchase (business days are Monday through Friday, except for U.S. holidays). The longest dispatch time is 6 business days from purchase. The time it takes for a shipping carrier to deliver packages within continental U.S. range between 1 and 5 days depending on destination. Rural areas, non-continental U.S. and international destinations may take longer.
Shipping cost is calculated at the time of purchase and will vary based on the items in your order and shipping methods you have chosen. It will be displayed for your approval before the payment is processed. Live tracking number will be supplied to you by email when your order is shipped.
Your order may be split due to different availability dates and different dispatch locations (some of our products shipped directly from manufacturers); no additional shipping charges will apply.
Some of our products cannot be shipped internationally (please see “Shipping To” for each product at “Shipping | More Info”)
7. Customs & Import Taxes
In addition to the shipping costs provided at checkout, orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import fees, brokerage fees, taxes and other fees assessed at the border before delivery. Requirements or restrictions relating to these matters may also cause some delay in delivery.
OLVIK cannot responsible for, or offer any advice on, the additional charges mentioned above. Refunds cannot be made to customers who refuse delivery because they have declined to pay these charges.
Before placing an order that is to be shipped outside of the United States, please consult your local, regional or national government agencies, so that you know in advance what your total charges will be and you are satisfied with the total cost of products in your order.
8. Returns & Replacements
OLVIK will gladly replace or refund you for any defective items you wish to return. This service is the first matter of importance to us and we will only be satisfied if you are as well.
Merchandise returned to OLVIK for any other reasons will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Please note the following limitations:
  • Items can be accepted for return within 14 days of receipt of the order.
  • Any product defects or errors must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of your order.
  • No returns can be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact OLVIK Customer Support Services for a Return Authorization (RA) number and return address (certain manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them).
  • Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item you received was defective, or return is the result of our error.
  • The item should not have been worn or used and should be returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached.
  • The bedding, swimwear, bodysuits, unitards, intimates, cosmetic and grooming products cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
Before returning an item, please register the returning item including the order number via Email. We will then give you all instructions including the return address.
9. Warranty
All products sold on OLVIK website are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service varies for each manufacturer and product. OLVIK does not offer any warranty in addition to the manufacturer's warranty.
10. Updating Account Information
Registered account holders can update their account information by logging into to the site and clicking on ‘My Account’ in the top left hand corner of the page. On the left hand side under the account dashboard click ‘Account Information’ to view and update your registered details.

Our customer service support is available between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (GMT -6), Monday through Friday, except for U.S. holidays.
